This will be a national-level exercise with thousands of participants across the west coast of the United States and British Columbia, Canada.
KCDEM will be exercising their Catastrophic Event Playbook over this four day exercise. Activity and events will be occurring at the KCDEM Staging Area, a mobile Emergency Operations Center, Community Points of Distribution (CPOD) sites, waterways and the Bremerton Airport.
Participants will be exercising both during daylight and hours of darkness without basic infrastructure support of water, power and our road system to better understand real-world operating conditions.
