The Kitsap County Department of Emergency Management (KCDEM) is a management agency.  KCDEM maintains a 24/7 duty officer schedule and serves as a point of contact for emergency notifications.*

*KCDEM does not respond to fire, law, or medical emergencies. KCDEM does not have records about motor vehicle accidents, 911 calls, or other emergency response calls. KCDEM does not issue warrants, protection orders, or any other legal items.
