Regular offerings of Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) trainings are returning to Kitsap County. After many years of providing community members the opportunity to learn the vital skills and teamwork essential to assist and provide support in an emergency or disaster, the trainings were suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
