The next offering of Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training in Kitsap County starts September 17. This nationally certified training provides community members the opportunity to learn the vital skills and teamwork essential to assist and provide support in an emergency or disaster. The classes will be held over the course of just over three weeks on Thursday evenings and Saturday days at the Kitsap County Department of Emergency Management Operations and Training Center, 8900 SW Imperial Way, Bremerton, 98312.
